Google Announced Their Search Appliance virtual edition for developers
Google announced the Virtual Edition of the Search Appliance today. This virtual edition is only for the uses in Non Commercial and Development and the developers can test against the features of the Google Search Appliance too.
This virtual edition is a platform for developers and designed for the enterprise development community for building and testing of the applications that the Google Search Appliance uses.
Use only single box and search 10 million documents this may be done by the news google search appliance and it also do the personalize search for the users.

If you’re an IT administrator, you’ll have that chance with the new virtual edition of the Google Search Appliance. The Google Search Appliance virtual edition is for non-commercial, development purposes only, and gives developers the opportunity to test against the features of the physical Google Search Appliance.
System Requirements for the Google Search Appliance virtual edition
The following system resources are required:
1. Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 2.80 Ghz with HT or equivalent
2. 3 GB of RAM
3. 40 GB of free space on hard disk
4.
